We
understand the contribution that landscape design can make to the
appearance and impact of a site; an attractive environment is good
for business, for local residents and for leisure. New design should
not conflict with the existing use but enhance it.
Trees
contribute to the visual identity of the streetscape and enhance
the local character. We have carried out extensive street tree planting,
which can provide many challenges in finding a suitable location
for tree pits and later maintaining the tree. As well as planting
we carry out arboricultural surveys for tree maintenance and replacement.
Horticultural maintenance in the inner city demands a high standard.
Our
maintenance of planting has covered a wide range and has led to
the installation of irrigation systems to conserve water and manage
large grass areas.
Environmental awareness and reuse of materials define a contribution
that can be made to the environment by our work.
