Installation problems and known issues

I am trying to install Traffic Signs Regulations™ but I get an error message about system administrator policies and privileges.

This error message appears because TSR requires you to have administrative rights on the machine you are attempting to install on. In order to complete the installation:

Login as an administrator and restart the installation process.
If you are unable to do this contact your system administrator / IT department for help on this issue.

When I start Traffic Signs Regulations™ I get the following error message.

1. This error is produced if you don’t have Adobe Reader 7.0 or older installed on your computer. If you need to install Adobe Reader 7.0 you can do so here.

2. If you already have Adobe Reader 7.0 installed but still receive the error message this could be because other software on you computer is not supported. At present TSR is does not support Adobe Standard 6.0 or younger. This means that with both Adobe Standard 6.0 (and younger) and Adobe Reader 7.0 installed the error message will persist. Your current options are:

a. Update to Adobe Standard 7.0 or older
b. Remove Adobe Standard 6.0 or younger (only advisable if you have a backup of the installation files)

We are working on fix for this particular problem and hope to have an update for both Trial Version and Full Version users soon.
